Access Statement
All the units are single story bungalows with a front and rear access , both having one single step for access. The 2 bedroomed bungalows have access from the front door into a central hall, from which all the other rooms are accessed. The kitchen has a rear access with one step down out into the garden.
The 3 bedroomed bungalows have access from the front door into a porch and then one step up into a lounge area which leads again into a central hall from which all the other rooms are accessed. The kitchen has a rear access door with one step down, out into the garden. All bungalows have vinyl floor coverings in the kitchen and short pile carpets in all other rooms. The porches in the 3 bedroomed bungalows are tiled. All bungalows are fitted with smoke alarms and have fire extinguishers in the kitchen and all bungalows are NON smoking.
Whilst not especially adapted for disabled persons, the doorways are of standard size. We have on many occasions been able to accommodate wheelchairs and we provide a ramp if necessary, which can be fixed either at the front or rear door of the 2 bedroomed bungalows and at the rear door of the 3 bedroomed bungalows, which has proved most satisfactory in the past to facilitate wheelchair access.. We have also, in the past, removed the door in the bathroom , which will allow a hoist arrangement from wheelchair into the bath. All the units are fitted with baths and overbath electric showers.
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement and a charge is made.
Linen is not included but this can be hired.

Arrival and Car Parking Facilities: As we live on site, keys are collected from our home or if arrival is due to be very late arrangements for the keys can be made.
3 bedroomed bungalows have a washing machine and a fridge freezer in kitchen.
2 bedroomed bungalows have a fridge with a small ice box at the top.
Garden
There is a small grassed garden at the rear of the 2 bedroomed bungalows and a larger grassed garden at the rear of the 3 bedroomed bungalows. All bungalows have white garden tables and chairs. The 2 bedroomed bungalows have flower bed borders in the front and the 3 bedroomed bungalows have flower borders surrounding the garden. There are no garden fences.
All the bungalows have views from the front over a circular flower bed surrounded by grass. The 2 bedroomed bungalows overlook St. Austell Bay from the front. The 3 bedroomed bungalows have sea views from the rear of the properties and from the front once outside.
