Three Bedroom Bungalows
We have two 3 bedroomed bungalows and these look out over the main garden and central flower bed from the lounge and the front porch.
There is a larger garden at the rear of these properties which has garden furniture and views of St. Austell Bay and Par beach.
The bungalow consists of a front enclosed fully tiled porch leading into the lounge. The lounge has a lounge suite , dining table and chairs, a coal effect electric fire with wood surround and flat screen television plus DVD player.
The kitchen is larger than the kitchen in the 2 bedroomed bungalows. This comprises of a fridge/freezer, washing machine, breakfast bar and stools, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, vacuum cleaner and iron and ironing board. It is fully equipped for up to 6 persons.
There are 2 double bedded rooms which have pine bedside cabinets and chest of drawers and a double fitted wardrobe.
The twin single bedded room has either twin 2’ 6” beds or twin 3’ beds and again these have pine chest of drawers and a fitted double wardrobe. Cots and High Chairs are available on request.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a toilet, wash basin and bath with overhead electric shower.
The bungalows are carpeted throughout and are fully double glazed. They are centrally heated with radiators in each room and there is also convector fires in each room should additional heat be necessary. All bungalows are non smoking.
All bungalows are inspected annually by the Tourist Board to maintain our star rating and we always receive good reports from them with top marks for our location and cleanliness.
