Two Bedroom Bungalows
Our 2 bedroomed bungalows overlook the garden and all have good views of St. Austell Bay from the lounge and the front double bedroom.
The lounge comprises of a settee and chairs, a dining table and four chairs, flat screen television with DVD player and lounge unit.
The kitchen is fully fitted with equipment for up to 4 persons. There is an electric oven, ceramic hob, electric fridge with top freezer compartment, microwave, vacuum cleaner , iron and ironing board. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and stools and has ceramic tiles.
The front bedroom has a double bed, pine bedside drawers on either side of the bed and fitted mirrored wardrobes which incorporates a dressing table and stool. The rear bedroom has twin 2’6” beds and also has a pine bedside cabinet and fitted mirrored wardrobes incorporating a dressing table and stool. Cots and High Chairs are available on request.
The bathroom has toilet, wash basin and a bath with overhead electric shower. There is also an airing cupboard with immersion heater.
There is a small garden at the back which has garden furniture and a rotary clothes line.
The bungalows are carpeted throughout with the exception of the kitchen which is vinyl. They are fully double glazed and are centrally heated with radiators in each room. There is also additional convector fires in each room should additional heat be necessary.
